The villas at Aguada Anchorage are a turn-key package, including all appliances and furniture at a price we have worked hard to bring as low as possible.

The whole community will be sold in four phases. The whole of Phase 1 and phase 2 are already sold. Early buyers will benefit from the lowest pricing and each subsequent phase will be at a higher price to be determined at the time of release. As with other areas of the world in high demand, we are already seeing prices in Goa going up at a rate not achievable in any financial product. Release one of Phase 3 has just opened up for sale but the remainder will not be offered for sale until such time that the builders can deliver your villa in 12 to 18 months. Current build time is approximately 15 months.
